Luxe Level
Luxe is entry-level for all caregiver starting at Luxury Home Care. To be part of the Luxe Care Team means you are in the 20 percentile and meet the entry level requirements that our agency requires. After 90 days of employment and exemplary services rendered at the Luxe level, you may request to enroll in the Luxe Academy to complete the courses required to obtain a Deluxe status. Each care level comes with different employment packages and opportunities.
Deluxe Level
Deluxe is our second tier of employment status. Luxe staff on this level have completed the required courses to quality as a Deluxe employee. After 180 days of employment and exemplary service on this level, you may request to enroll in the Luxe Academy to complete the courses required to obtain a Premier status. Each care level comes with different employment packages and opportunities.
Premier Level
Premier is our highest employment status and the most sought after. Luxe staff on this level have completed the required courses to quality as a Premier employee. Caregivers on this level enjoy the highest employment packages, benefits and are given the opportunity to become a Luxe Ambassador.
Specialty Level
Specialty Level is only available to inquiring Licensed Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse. Luxe staff on this level must have experience in complex care and undergo a more extensive employment process.
Where can I work?
We currently have 1 branch office in Maryland, but many satellite location! You can work from the location office that is most convenient for you and you can choose the cases that are closer to your home.
Do you hire W-2, 1099, or private contractors?
At Luxury Home Care, you are part of the team. You will be considered an employee of Luxury Home Care which means payroll taxes are automatically deducted from your bi-weekly paycheck and if there are any questions, we are here for you! We are fully bonded and insured and are there for you every step of your employment with us.
What types of shifts do you offer?
We are constantly growing and have a wide variety of shifts you can choose from. We have long shifts, short shifts, day shifts, night shifts, transportation shifts and live-ins*. (Live-ins available through our main office only). We are available 24hrs a day 7 days a week. We are flexible and will work around your schedule.
